GENERAL SUBMISSION RULES

Entries must focus on initiatives implemented 1 Jan 2011 - 30 Dec 2011


Submissions: The awards are open to all registered companies within the GCC, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Yemen and Syria. Entries can be made for a company, team or an individual but must be clearly .identified.

Judges' Decisions: The judges decisions are final and neither the organising committee nor the judging panel will enter into any correspondence, written or verbal, regarding results.

Copyright & Confidentiality: When submitting entries, please be aware that extracts of the submissions may appear in print in POLICY, its supplements, or any other Mediaquest publication. Please ensure that the necessary permission has been obtained from any external suppliers. This is the responsibility of the entrant.

Multiple Submissions: Multiple entries from the same company are accepted, provided that each individual, team or project is clearly defined.

Confidentiality:

  • Materials submitted will be treated by the Organising Committee and the judges as confidential.
  • Winning case studies may be written up and published in POLICY, its supplements or other Mediaquest publications based on material provided. However, our publications will respect any annotation made by entrants who highlight and mark any areas of sensitive information, such as information contained in their balance sheet, profit and loss account or marketing reports, as "not for publication" It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that the editor of policy is made aware in writing that information is not for publication.
